ASB man, thanks for answering my full field camera question. Too bad about the homerun cutscene though. Seems like most posters on this board would like to be able to turn it off.

Is it going to be like in Inside Pitch - where you can just pick like 20 songs that will randomly play during the game, or, will you actually be able to assign songs to particular players and/or to particular situations (i.e. assign a song to play during the national anthem, or seventh inning stretch, or at the end of a home win)?

I love the fact that you can track minor league stats, and bat from the pitcher camera. This is a definitely buy for me now. Only if you could turn off that homerun cutscene...

Why is it that the homerun cut scene is so bad? Or better question, why do I not mind it? I agree though, there is some thrill to be able to chase it to the wall and jump, but honestly, I just don't see any of those homeruns really in ASB. Perhaps if they would add some of those, then there would be an argument to get rid of the cut scene. But most homeruns I see on ASB are well into the stands, and would do no good to jump at the wall for. But I love the scene, its different, no other game does it, and I like seeing the stadium when it happens. I'd like to see some variety in the cut scenes with different angles to maybe a behind the batter look. I thought Triple Play had a pretty cool one that year that sammy sosa was the cover boy. And I liked the Randy Johnson vs Tejada scene when you started up MVP also. I'm a fan of the cut scenes, as long as there is some homeruns that are close to the wall too.
