Check out the HH2005 thread a little down. Long story short though, Microsoft bought 3DO after 3DO filed for bankruptcy. Therefore, Microsoft owns both titles, but at this moment no one is sure what they'll do with them. Early speculation was they'd combine both games, but the latest rumor is HH won't even be released this year - just IP.

Where gave you heard that? In that article it makes it sound like they may scrap IP and not HH. Wishful thinking I know...
