No gameplay videos just a couple of short movies so you can't tell what the game will move or look like.

This was once an amazing amazing game back like 4 years ago ahead of it's time but now looks dated apart from the atmosphere and gameplay. graphically it needed an upgrade.

This was once an amazing amazing game back like 4 years ago ahead of it's time but now looks dated apart from the atmosphere and gameplay. graphically it needed an upgrade.

I must disagree. If you're just looking at image stills then an argument could certainly be made that 'The Show' looks better. But if you factor in the number of animations and overall fluidity then it's not any worse. The 2013 version will have different swing animations for each of the 9 different battings zones; and I think if you play the Vita version you'd come away thinking it's ahead of it's time for a portable.

The game feels "alive" to me, it's definitely not like a rusty outdated has-been.

PYS on Vita absolutely trounces MLB 13 on Vita in every comparable department. It's the best sports game by a country mile and 2013 should be an improvement. You'd think MLB was still running on a PSP and that's no disrespect to that console. I loved mine!
