First of all, Banned? God, don't post such a stupid thing. There is nothing "bashing" ASB here, asides from my gripe with the issue put forth. And if you're going to relate credibility with post count, then you're making a foolish mistake. There have been plenty of times where people on the forum post things each other individual here questions. That's the whole point of having a FORUM. For DISCUSSION. However, when you go and post comments pertaining to banning about a statement that are not even NEAR the level of game bashing... well... just spare us all, ok? It's obvious I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Because he, like myself, has every right to WANT this game to fix these minor gripes so it can become enjoyable. How many people have switched from Madden to ESPN b/c the ball isn't "sucked in" to a receiver's hands. Similar issue.

This game has the best off-field management and options IMO of any of the baseball games... but I want that same level of quality ON FIELD... as do others.

It might be the system, considering I've used my PS2 for ASB's previous iterations... however, the videos I used were from the XBox versions, so I'm inclined to disapprove of this as being the reason. And it's not just me if others feel the same way.

You make some good points, but to say the "crouch" has not caused players to respond slowly is making you seem slightly ignorant of the same "gameplay" you're talking about.

I hoped this gets addressed this year; it's very annoying to press right and have the fielder respond 1/2 a second later b/c he has to turn from the "crouch" position to a running animation. That's not something that we can tell until the game is released. My comments were simply to post about these issues that get ignored here by the many people that claim this game to be the "best evar!!!1!1!!"

And for what it's worth, the off detection b/w the player and the ball IS a gameplay issue. If my fielder is 2 ft (gamewise) away from a ball and the game magically says he caught it and was deemed "out," then there's a problem. It's an issue that HH players have mentioned in past games that was finally addressed in last year's (unfortunately) final version of the game...
