You make some good points, but to say the "crouch" has not caused players to respond slowly is making you seem slightly ignorant of the same "gameplay" you're talking about.

I hoped this gets addressed this year; it's very annoying to press right and have the fielder respond 1/2 a second later b/c he has to turn from the "crouch" position to a running animation. That's not something that we can tell until the game is released. And for what it's worth, the off detection b/w the player and the ball IS a gameplay issue. If my fielder is 2 ft (gamewise) away from a ball and the game magically says he caught it and was deemed "out," then there's a problem. It's an issue that HH players have mentioned in past games that was finally addressed in last year's (unfortunately) final version of the game...

The last time that I measured my arm it was 26 inches long. Maybe ASB needs to increase the warp by 2 inches!

Link to the videos please? You should keep in mind that the videos I've used are the ones Steve has posted here from the TUTORIAL. If it's there, I don't think it's unfair to believe that's not what the game will be like. I COULD be wrong, however. I hope I am.

Again, ASB is the closest to achieving the best baseball game out there on the market, no contest. But these issues aren't something recent. They've been issues since 2002. They should have been addressed by now.

Just curious about the crowch comment. If you are standing completely still, doesn't it take you like a half a second from when you brain registers that you want to run to the right? Or take a little bit of time to begin running?

No bashing intended here, I am just curious. It seems to me that if I am stopped and want to run, it would take me a half a second to get moving. Of course I am old a little fat

LOL Good one, but controls should not lag like that in a video game. It's as if you're pressing the button for Mario to jump, and he jumps half a second later because of the animation.
