                  Re: EA vs ESPN

Anybody care to back those player model claims up with some screenshots?

                  Right. That's what I thought.

ASB's player models are by FAR the most realistic-looking of the four games. I mean, it's not even close. Not even close to close. If they were geographical locations, they'd be Greenland and Australia.

I understand the misconception, though. People confuse presentation and animation with straight-up player models. Not the same thing. MVP, ESPN, and (to a lesser extent) MLB all have cartoonish-looking player models. That's just their graphical style.

IMO, in order of realistic player models, it goes ASB, MLB, MVP, ESPN.

                        Examples...

                        MVP:

                        ----

                        ASB:

                        ----

                        ESPN:

                        -----

                        MLB:

Look at this face... I can't even tell who that is supposed to be, not to mention that the head looks a little too small for the body...

Not to metion, I thought this thread was about ESPN vs MVP, cub. You always have to bring ASB inot the mix wherever you post. I think everyone understands you love that game, hell I almost think you're being paid by Acclaim to say some of those things. The fact is, this my OPINION. I like MVP. I bought ASB last year, and there wer certain things I liked about it, but overall, I thought MVP looked more realistic.
