Xbox version has been moved back to 3/23 according to EB as well.

Also, the PS2 version is now 3/30.

I would have possibly bought ASB if released on same day as MVP, but with MVP being the only one out, they get my money.

That was my biggest problem, but the delay helps. I'll eventually get ASB, probably later in the year after it price drops, but I feel they really shot themsevles in the foot like this. If anything, the goal is to get out BEFORE an EA Sports product. MVP is going to sell like crazy, there are people already sold on it, and the ones on the fence will see it's the only baseball game, and pick it up. ASB will just be lost in the shuffle now, because they are coming out same day as ESPN which will also outsell it. I don't know why you delay a game for 2 weeks or what difference that makes, but I would feel from a marketing stand point, it kills any momentum you may have had.

Acclaim does this every year, so I am not surprised, they always seem to delay about a week before the scheduled ship date.

I was almost positive that it was the first baseball game last year. 2 years ago, wasn't ASB released in February!?
