Re: Pitcher Fatigue????
One thing that I have noticed is that even when it shows a pitcher is gassed (nothing left on the fatigue bar) he still has some juice left. After I had Joel Pienero have nothing left in the 7th, he still threw a 93 mph fastball. It went really downhill after that, but he still had something left even though it should zero.
By the way, I was also able to throw a 3 hit shutout with Freddy Garcia. I was using random counts and he threw 140 pitches, but he got it done!Comment

Re: Pitcher Fatigue????
Even with Generated Counts at random this is not an issue for me because sometimes I will let my pitcher pitch an inning at ZERO fatigue and he gets through the inning with no problem.
Dont assume there is a problem when the fatigue is low. Play through an inning with zero fatigue. The difference isnt that great.
I let Washburn pitch through the meat of the Boston lineup in the 8th inning with zero stamina. Garciaparra poped up, Ramirez struck out and Ortiz grounded out. Just concentrate more and nail those corners baby!Comment

Re: Pitcher Fatigue????
I agree. Unlike MVP, where if you're pitcher get's around 50% he will seriously lose a lot of his "stuff", in ASB I think the full meter is intended to be used up before you're pitcher really begins to lose it. I know it's alarming to see a little under half of your stamina meter used up going into the 4th inning, but honestly, I don't think that's totally unrealistic with most starters in the game today. I don't think there would be any real problems taking a horse like Schilling through 7 or 8 innings in most starts using Random Pitch count. Just my humble opinion.Comment
