Prospects question...
For those of you doing an expansion/franchise you know you have the amateur draft on June 14th, well I did that and Drafted a CL who is a C+ at the 11th overall selection, how long should you leave your guys in the minors before bringing them up to the big leagues because I might need him, I'm thinking of trading my current CL and 3B for a better all around 3B, so if anyone has brought up a prospect how long did you leave him in the minors and what was his grade when you brought him up?
Thanks.Favorite Teams:

not at home right now so I can't check his ratings (probably won't be able to till tomorrow) but IIRC I think he has like a C+ or B- effectiveness (its one or the other), I used him to get a save in the future stars game and he has a pretty nice splitter to complement his 2 seamer.Favorite Teams:

Re: Prospects question...
C+ is a bit above average in this game (as it should be). My guess is that he would probably do ok in an MLB environment. Could there be problems? Yes, but getting him out there on the mound could give him good experience.
In this game a C+ is a fairly decent player, and you see many teams with C+ players on the starting roster. I'd do it, but be careful (and I wouldn't get rid of your other closer just yet).Comment

yeah its 2 weeks till trade deadline, I was thinking of promoting him and getting him some experience, if he does well then look to package my current CL and 3B to try and upgrade at 3B because I'm having defensive problems at 3rdFavorite Teams:
