yeah its 2 weeks till trade deadline, I was thinking of promoting him and getting him some experience, if he does well then look to package my current CL and 3B to try and upgrade at 3B because I'm having defensive problems at 3rd

Sounds like a good plan. But make sure to base a decision off of several outings - realize he'll have some good games and bad games, but if you give him enough chances, you should see what he is capable of.
Also realize that if you bring in a better 3rd baseman that creates some offense, your closer may not to be as good, because you have more offense behind your pitching.Comment
