    Re: pulling w/ RH hitters

so the ball must be inside(between the batter and the + in the cursor) to pull the ball? If it's as simple as that, I can't believe I've never done that effectively with a RH hitter.I just don't understand how I can consistently pull the ball with authority with the few LH hitters I have and never do it with all the RH hitters I have. It's mindboggling. When I consciously try to pull it with a RH hitter, I often can; but it is always a weak grounder to 3rd or a short fly ball to left.

Meanwhile, I often crush homeruns to straight away right with Todd Hollandsworth without even consciously trying to pull the ball. Weird.

Correct. Pitch placement, type of pitch (some pitches break inside to righties while others break outside), and timing play a part as well. I often found when the cursor was very far to the left of the cursor (oftentimes totally outside the cursor) is when I hit balls down the third base line or hit "foul pole hugging" homers

ok..thanks...maybe for some reason I'm quicker with the cursor for RH hitters than with left handed and get my cursor too far in, so the ball ends up on the outside of the cursor +. I'll keep working on it. Thanks again.
