I'm not a PC guy and only played MVP on Xbox, but I can tell you some reasons it's soooo much better on PC.

          - Patches (LH HR bug would've been non existent)
          - Mods from the former HH community (this is huge)
          - Better graphics, smoother gameplay, no stutter

Frankly almost ALL games are much better on PC than on a console. I just don't like sitting in front of a PC to play a game so I play on my Xbox.

exactly! I like City of Heroes, a PC MMORPG, but I hate playing sports games on the PC, it just doesn't feel right to me. I don't know why, but I just can't get into them as much.

That's very sad news. I will keep and play my copy of ASB 2005 for a long time to come.

Same here, ASB will be dearly missed.

Well, they still had some other problems that probably wouldn't have been resolved. Timing and Zone hitting were way too easy. IMO, there was too much control with 3D. I thought the best mode was 2D, but I never hit anything down the lines with that. I also had way too many infield hits, and not enough balls landed in the outfield.

Hopefully some of the other developers with notice the things that ASB did well, and incorporate that into their titles??? My favorite things being the stadiums and generated pitch counts.

Wow.. ASB was my main game every year. I've had every ASB since '99. It's gonna be hard for me to find a baseball game that I can get comfortable with as much as I was with ASB. Hopefully MVP will clean up their glitch problems..
