This is nitpicking but why does it only say Jeter on the pre-game overlay. Supposed to say Derek Jeter. Weird. Overall games looks much better than last year. May pick it up.

EDIT: One other thing, player faces are terrible. Just flat out bad.

Exactly. I can't believe that I never posted that, but I've thought that was a problem since they first started showing clips of batter walkups.

Those videos didn't change my opinion of the game. It looks and plays just like last year's game IMO. I do like the ball physics, with the blooper base hits. I still don't like the double play animation throw from second base. I also agree about the player faces. They need to work on this. I'm also not a fan of the zoom in behind the pitcher cam. I hope they added some new bhp cams.

I'm going to hold off and give this game a rental and wait for impressions.

I just saw the funniest thing ever. What was up with the fan throwing the ball to the player for an autograph. I didn't know that players had pen on them during the game! lmao. Other then that it looked ok, but I am not to impressed.

They had that last year, too. Very half-assed IMO. They should have just slowed down the runners to not make them have to do that.

Nothing new that I see here. Good to see its widescreen capabilities, though.

Have they changed anything in the regards of gameplay? Everything I see looks the same as last year.. except the "edge" stuff... The games animations last year were awefull and the game was way too easy.. Did the leave this game pretty much the same and instead worked on the 360 version? With so little available on the 360.. it worries me.. what they have actually been doing the last year. I bought the world series edition thinking they would adjust things but ofcourse they didnt.. I hope they are not just getting lazy now that they have the Mlb rights.

mmmm, at least with the 360 version the graphics will supposedly be enhanced but with those vids everything looks and sounds pretty much the same from last year. I really want to like the game but I'm not seeing anything new yet but we'll now for sure once people start posting impressions tomorrow.

Is anyone else tired of seeing that same bird formation flying over centerfield? Lol, I know that has nothing to do with the actual gameplay. Thats just my own personal pet peeve now.

Maybe it's just me, but I actually think it looks much more polished than last year's game. Personally, these videos actually got me a little more excited...
