yep, that's pretty much it. The longer you hold the pitch button down, the harder it'll be thrown. Then the X/Y axis move and you have to press the pitch button again to line it up right to get it to the location you intended.

I lowered all my SP control ratings for each pitch in half (I just eye balled it when lowering it) and its still too easy to throw strikes. I only throw a ball if I do it on purpose. So I am going to go to one of the zone pitching styles. It makes it much harder to locate the pitch.

The pitching is much harder using K Zone. I've given up 9 runs to the Nats. 3 bombs by Guillen and I'm only in the 4th inning.

Guys try pushing the R Stick in on Pay off Pitching. The RED box should show-up. If you don't like where the pitch location is, move the R Stick to another location.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing even when using payoff pitching instead of K Zone.

I've used pinpoint and have given up some walks...sometimes in key situations too.

                I still prefer breakpoint.

If you aren't sure on how your pitches will break since their isn't that little ball with the moving arrows demonstrating where it'll break, like it does when you use the Payoff Pitching mechanic, you can press the R trigger. Arrows will come up showing where/how each pitch breaks. If you want the ratings for each pitch, I think you move your analog stick down to see that, and up to see the pitch frequency.
