Your not lying. I love it. Now if I could just hit. I am going to have to see if there are any threads just talking about that. I keep hitting down the right stick when trying hit for power and end up bunting.

It's their loss, to tell you the truth I really couldn't care less if someone is venting their frustration and "not buying this game because franchise mode is broken" or "this game is full of bugs".

I enjoy this title for what it is, a good, fun way to kill some time with a quality game simulating a sport that I love.
If I want the real thing, I'll go to the ballpark or down to the batting cages on Sunday afternoon.

I know for me I'm on of the rare breeds who actually doesn't give a rats **** how the cpu runs its team. My sole concern is my team and my team only. I know some of the bugs are unfortunate and can possibly ruin the gameplay in some way, shape or form, like the lineup bugs but for the rest, I could care less.

I don't think the line up thing is that big at least they have 2 out of the 4 line ups right.

Yeah no offense -- but moving Ichiro to 3 and Abreu to 1 isn't radical. Ichiro is a contact average hitter (3 spot) and Abreu is an OBP monster (leadoff). Drew is as well. So, I'm not seeing the problem with that.

Pujols is another story of course.

I heard that some roster moves are horrid. Such as putting Thome at SS. If this happens often, that would suck.

That is a great comparison. If the game is fun, sim oriented and immersive (i.e. great presentation) flaws in the game can be over looked. EA's NHL 07 was another I would add to this list.

Put me down as another peep who feels this is the best baseball video game he's ever played. An absolute blast from the first pitch to the last.

That skill stick was a freaking awesome move by EA. I love that! I agree with what you said finn.
