The Braves had some of the best fans from 1991-1996 IMO (best probably being 91-93) The regular season atmosphere from a game in 1993 blows away anything they have had in the playoffs in recent years. For those of you too young to have watched those older seasons, do yourself a favor and check out how the Braves fans USED to be.

Re: Dynamic Attendance?
I am a Mets fan - I hate the Braves. That being said - what you stated here is FALSE. Everyone knows that the Braves have at times had trouble filling the stands in the postseason early rounds. That being said - during a majority of their run of 14 divisions they drew close to 3 Million fans a year for a majority of that time. Only the last couple of years has that noticably started to slide. I live in Atlanta so I see this first hand...and did I mention I hate the Braves too?Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: Dynamic Attendance?
Things started to drop off for the Braves in 1997 and from that point on they have had trouble selling out playoff games. To me the move to Turner Field has become synonymous with decreased fan passion at games and attendance. To me it isn't how many fans you have ( though it does help to have a packed house) but the passion of those fans at the game. The Braves can have 50,000 fans at a game and it can be more quiet than 20k more passionate fans.Comment

Re: Dynamic Attendance?
It may have to do with the way they aired every game on TV (including TBS). I don't know for sure, though.
But does anybody know the answer to my other question? If marquee players can potentially draw a larger fan base?Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: Dynamic Attendance?
Holy $%^!....I've been so "busy" simming games and seasons...checking lineups and trades that I didn't go and play a game at any length into the season...
DYNAMIC ATTENDANCES are an ABSOLUTE FANTASTIC addition to the game.
I tell you what....2K is on the right track for it's baseball title.

Re: Dynamic Attendance?
Yes they can. As you acquire better players your team buzz goes up, thus leading to higher attendance. I've seen this in my franchise with the Pirates.Owner, Spear Interactive
