Of course, if you guys find a solution, I will be back at it. LOL. Just needed to get that off my chest.

The problem is it is the never ending job, just when you think you got it BAM some one is batting somewhere else. After awhile it become comical!

The funny part is it is you against the CPU. Who do you think is going to win? lol

We need 2k to step up and make a patch so we can control all teams in a franchise/gm mode. Just let us edit their lineups and such. I don't want to have to set ticket prices and all that. Maybe that is why they don't let us control the other teams. Who knows.

Yeah..yeah...I read the Mets notes....Willie ain't gonna get crazy. 97 wins with basically the same lineup everyday last year. Don't mess with success.

yeah, it can be confusing. but I am pretty happy so far with the lineups. Only a few more teams to go. I just need to figure out a couple more things. Right now I can get Damon leading off against RHP and Jeter against LHP. Not totally out of the question. Much better than Abreu batting leadoff. Worst case scenario is it stays with Jeter/Damon............hopefully I can figure out something today.

Heelfan could you post some of your edits? or PM them to me. I am interested to see what you changed.

For example, i see with Beltran that you likely lowered Spd to 82 for 88 and Con L to 70 for 75 as i did that just now and it worked.

I just lowered "vs lhp" contact rating and the speed rating. I dont know exactly how much I lowered it though. I did this and it worked on all the guys who were batting leadoff that shouldn't be. With the exception of the Yankees, Mariners, Blue Jays and Cubs. Going to have to mess with these some more.

Exactly! I figure if we can get it some what realistic it will be fine. Yankees fans won't care if Jeter is batting leadoff against lefties because they will be using the Yanks anyway.

                        Derrick Lee
                        Con L 80 to 85
                        Pow L 82 to 87
                        Con R 74 to 80
                        Pow R 80 to 83

He'll bat 3rd vs Lefties and i think still 5th vs R. These are easily with the range of his three year splits. Murton is your new #1 hitter versus the Lefties with these changes, which sucks but i don't think your going to get Soriano there without crazy edits.

                        Ibanez
                        Con L 66 to 61
                        Spd 78 to 73

He drops down to 7th i believe and Lopez bats leadoff if you drop 10 off of Vidro 2b fielding (since he'll DH)

the Yankees is the real kicker. Soon as I get Abreu out of lead off it puts Jeter at cleanup vs. Lefties.

I know Abreu isn't going to be leading off but there's really no reason he couldn't in a lineup that is as good as the one the Yankees have. He's probably a better option in real life these days anyway now that he's lost some of his power. He's as fast as Damon if not faster and is in a tier above in terms of on-base ability.

                              Cleveland
                              Sizemore Con L 60 to 65

He then bats leadoff vs L

                              Delucci +10 Con R
                              Nixon -10 spd, -5 homers R

Delucci will then lead off vs R and Nixon is #2

Yanks, BoSox and Jays have been very hard for me to figure anything out that isn't drastic.

Red Sox ?? Is JD DRew batting leadoff. Just lower his contact vs L and speed.
