Yeah, I remember watching him when I was younger ... and then when I finally was able to see him in person (older mind you), he was in a Angel's uni. I sat at the front row of the Angel's dugout at Fenway, and I was impressed at how big he was, and how "lean" too. He looks way "fatter" in photos and TV, but when I saw this man in person, he was just a BEAST! Watching him launch balls over the monster and in deep center in batting practice was a marvel. Too bad his knee forced him out in 04'!

He is Papi Sr. though... LOL!

my bad I just go the itch. BTW if anyone is from NY I think I know a spot to land this on the saturday before release. From that same spot I have gotten NCAA Football 07,08, NBA 2K8, Madden 07,08 and Bioshock all early. So while I say 41 in this countdown I really am thinking 38

LOL, remember, I am a baseball fan first and foremost. Love and respect the game so much (despite the grossness it has come to)!

There are plenty of game shops that release games on the Saturday before release in NYC. I know of 3 in the Bronx, the most famous being Fordham Game World, which most people know about. I also hear there a bunch in Brooklyn.

Hopefully 2K will ship with a street date, so we can get it the Saturday before release. It didn't last year, it arrived on release day, so that sucked.
