Re: Inside the Numbers of Major League Baseball 2K8
Can someone let 2k know that nomar isn't going to play at first this year! Loney has taken over and should be rated pretty well, but I don't see him on the list. Nomar at best is going to platoon at third. His best years are well behind him.

Re: Inside the Numbers of Major League Baseball 2K8
Just wondering, from a quick look this information looks identical to the information posted at gametap a few weeks ago http://www.gametap.com/home/read/article/3625
I thought I remembered reading that gametap had an early version of the game or something and the numbers were not all correct.
So has anyone spotted any differences with the O/S numbers?Comment

Re: Inside the Numbers of Major League Baseball 2K8
maybe they just didnt update that guy for this year in the game. has anyone scrubbed the list and compared it to the 2k7 ratings? That might answer some questions. If you look at the list and its obvious noone was changed then thats the reason his rating is bad, if the majority of the players ratings were changed based off last years performance then dude just didnt get any love or someone at 2k thinks last year was a fluke.....
off the top of my head i dont think they gave carlos delgado the ratings decrease he deserved hes mid 80's but imo he should be in the mid to high 70's after last season and his age now becoming a factor.Comment

Hey TJ, just want you to know you're the man. I know I get annoyed seeing guys pilfering for ratings every year when NCAA drops, so it's nice to see you handing out some freebies. Do I wanna know some ratings? Sure... but how about you just give us a deeper impression on the ratings in your eyes. What about highly touted minor leaguers who are still years away. Take someone who might have been drafted just this past season. Is the raw potential reflected in some of the numbers? Thanks again!Comment

Thank You Very Much, I do mean John Maine and Oliver Perez and Duaner Sanchez.....and wow Pedro only garnishing an 86 after having a 2.57 ERA last year, clearly it was only 5 starts but hes still good enough to get something like an 88-92 ratingComment
