Re: Player & Team Ratings
I'll take Hanley's MLB-leading .948 OPS last year over any other SS in baseball (nearly SEVENTY-FIVE points higher than the #2 SS, Rollins). If Hanley didn't play in Florida, people might have noticed him by now.Of course, if Dawson gets hot, and
Sutcliffe comes through, and....
Pa, see what you did to me?

Re: Player & Team Ratings
The ratings are clearly broken (and overall rating is the worst of the bunch) and it's very clear that a rating system that goes beyond "the roster guy" is needed, preferably one based off of some of the more accurate projection systems, not guesswork.Comment

Re: Player & Team Ratings
I see once again, we need a jump to conclusions mat!
Guys, we have no idea how the ratings are determined, or if they fluctuate with age. Lets all take a step back away from the ledge, and wait to play the game and see how players perform.
That said, there's no way the Yanks are #1! The Red Sox have a better roster heading into camp this year than they did last, and they whupped up the Yanks pretty good!

Re: Player & Team Ratings
The Yankees are not #1, the Sox are. The numbers we have seen are from an old build.
