So basically watch where their stamina is and finesse it until you can bring in a new pitcher. I don't buy inside edge reports generally, but I will for you when I play the game you asked me to. As for what I do with Tek, I generally will use his calls as a guideline and usually work some different pitches into each at bat. I will go and play the game you wanted me to with the inside edge and report back once I am done with this game.

Good luck bro. I cranked it right up to All-Star out of the gate, and like I said, I can get through 4-5 innings, and then I am in trouble. Have you tried throwing Wakefield yet? Not sure how to get a handle on that Knuckleball. I played the Yankees at The Stadium, and it was 6-0 after the first inning. What used to be a dominating pitch in MVP is now like it was set on a tee for these guys. I am wondering if I need to not go all the way with the knuckleball so it is actually slower.... Kind of cool if they thought about that with regards to "effectiveness". I kind of doubt it, but something to try anyway.

Let me know how you fare on All-Star. IF you throw another no-no, I will be quite surprised.

Oh no, the no-no was out the window on the first pitch. Right now it's the bottom of the 3rd, I am up 1-0. *edit* They just cranked one, so that makes it a tie game 1-1.

Sweet god............gee that was a wonderful 5 run inning they just had. Rediculous, I could have thrown the frigan ball into the stands and they would have found a way to crank it out. My stamina was still at 50% and I had only thrown about 50 pitches in the bottom of the 6th. Guess I see what you guys mean........Wow they just got a grand slam in that inning, guess I spoke too soon. I just shut it off, there is no way in hell i'm winning that game.

Yeah, All-Star presents a whole new set of rules when it comes to the pitching. I may turn it back to Pro, but adjust the sliders to make me work harder, but not punish me like I stole something. I figured that All-Star would be a nice challenge but until I figure out how the hitting engine is programmed, with regards to effectiveness vs stamina, I may have to move it back a notch until I get better.

I'm going to go back to the classic hitting for now. See what kind of scores I can get with that.
