Can I ask you what is so funny about this?? If you have ever tried making sliders before you would know full well that not having numbers is a pain in the A**!

easy bro!!...I was just kidding.....It's funny because they(2K) took away the most important item (The numerical value) out of the slider adjustment, knowing full well that slider adjusters like you who spend thousands of hours depend on the number indicator for pin-point modifications.

Just goes to show you if they were really thinking of slider modders, eh?. sorry bro!!.I'm still laughing!!

I can't believe that no one has mentioned the rotation screen problem in this thread.

1000% agree with you!!, I have the game too! and 2K7 and this is the biggest flop of the Baseball gaming year IMO.....

You have to understand, people are wearing blinder or rose color glasses and don't want to admit to the fact that they just wasted $60 on this turd. I'll admit it, I have no problem. I'll say and see it like it is. I have no loyalty to a company.

If Sony had released their BB game at the unplayable state that 2K8 is, I would be there screamming too!!...

Oh well, let me get out of here before someone starts throwing punches at me!!lol!!

Are you talking about 2k7 or 2k8? I didn't care much for 2k7, it looked good, but played bad.

You have to understand that not everyone sees things the same as you. Just because someone likes the game doesn't mean they are wearing blinders or favors 2k. Maybe it is their only choice, and they are having fun with a baseball game? I for one don't find this game unplayable, but I am on the 360. I hear the PS3 version is worse. Just remember, one man's trash is another man's treasure.

no, talking about 2K8...2K7 gameplay wise, yes, it wasn't that good, but it was fun!..it it was smooth as butta!!....

no man, I hear ya...and I understand of course. Sorry if I came accross to hard on the game. I'm just dissapointed, that's all. I was looking forward with playing with my son on-line like we did last year w/2K7, but he took his back as well as his buddy due to the problems and they didn't like it this year.

I'm done complaining, sorry guys..have fun with the game!!. It's just so funny reading these post...Some of these guys should be comedians!! lol

*Framerate issues
*Lighting needs fixed(too dark during cloudy and night games)
*There are texture dropouts and clipping issues that need addressed(player textures on face will be missing along with shoe textures), I also saw camera flashes through the outside of the wall at Yankee Stadium.
*I have had CPU controlled players just stand there after the tag at second. when I hit into a double play, without throwing the ball to first.
*I would like to see Homerun Celebrations!!! It just pans to the pitcher standing there upset. How could they take homerun celebrations out?
*I would like to see a batter view(for both pitching and batting) for CPU vs. CPU games

Rain-outs are broken this year to.

They had it right last year, where you would have a rain-out, so they would reschedule a double-header the next time you play. This year it just has you replay the game at the exact same date and time. It's like hitting the reset button.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention, on the off-chance someone from 2K is actually reading this, just fix the framerate issue, please. If you do everything being asked for here we won't see a patch until mid-season. Do what you need to do to fix the framerate and leave anything else for later. Thank you.

very, very,very Bad call IMO!!! we havea fix 4 frame rate but we don't have a fix for all these other promblems like no steal attempts......by u sayin just get the framerate right is basically tellin them to hurry.....***shing is why we have these problems........just by any chance was u around when 2k patched both basketball games? they had multiple fixes and made those games from good to great....plus it was released within a month they said a patch was coming.....BTW this is a wish list thread

Fix hitters shoes!They turn white when they reach base.

Make the A.I steal!

Fix the freezing!The game froze on me right now!

Fix the graphics flickering!I often see the bat flicker into a white-ish color for a second or two.

I think that only occurs in the PIP window. If you go back and look I think they are still the same. I could be wrong though.

I really wish their was a tag button. maybe the Left trigger on defense. i don't think that button is used and could easily be implemented into the game.

All kidding aside, they need to fix the graphics flickering as well. It seems to happen a lot in between pitches from the batter view. It looks like faint white spots that go in and out.

I played a few innings of 2K8 tonight and went back and played World Series Baseball 2K3 for the Xbox and WSB2K3, graphically, looks better... except for the players faces. The field textures are better, the stadium graphics are better, even the player models look better except for the previously mentioned facial textures. In WSB 2K3, there is animation in the background in the Pitsburgh Pirates stadium, like cars going across the bridge and the train going back and forth. In 2K8, nothing. There are also no loads or stutters after a pitch is thrown or a ball is fouled.

I know 2k8 isn't up to par with most next gen games, but it is better than any games from the previous generations. I really don't think they can patch graphics anyway.
