Patch is out...just got it. First impression, seems to play better.

I noticed a significant improvement. Still a bit of choppiness from time to time, and the odd pauses between cut-scenes are still there.

But it much more enjoyable and doesn't kill my eyes. I'm satisfied.

i still got the 'prudential inside the park homerun' comment even though there was nothing of the sort.
still frame rate issues..I didn't notice a big improvement yet.

with the patch it seems like a totally new game without all of the choppiness when fielding

HUGE improvement with this patch, but it seems thats all they fixed, still other problems. They should be working on another patch to fix the other stuff.
