padres glitch is fixed.

just threw from SS to 1B (still logged into my profile). only noticed one quick stutter. it's comparable to playing logged out before.

side note: a new franchise is not required for the padres glitch to be fixed.

I didn't notice anything new minus the Padres glitch being fixed. Does anyone have a list of what 2K supposedly fixed ?

The "Around The Horn" is still broken. And the other thing that made me a little nervous was that the "update" was rather quick. Not a long update which makes me think that not a lot of things actually got fixed. Just the framerate and just the San Diego Padres roster thing. There are a lot of other issues that need to be fixed as well. Things such as AI Stealing and for instance, "Around The Horn" as well as a whole host of others.

Game runs soooo smooth now, just played a few innings logged into my vip

i def. think that some slider adjustments will be necessary though

Just played a game online and i am very pleased!!! You can actually time your step perfect now and you can also react to the pitches instead of having to guess should i swing or not this time..

Yeah I just played an online game with the patch. It was a great game other than the network error that caused the game not to count.

Online play is greatly improved with this patch. Its not quite as good as last year but its really really close. You have time now to see the pitch coming in and decide if you want to swing or not. Granted..it takes some practice but the patch has really improved the online game.

from all I read there is not a frame rate fix for the PS3 coming out, just the Padres fix.

seems framerate is improved on throws across the infield but my replays still stutter and stop and whatnot. guess we'll have to wait for 2k9 for that to work properly. im glad they patched though at least.
