Any updated information on what the Minor Leagues will look like in MLB 2K9

With living rosters, does that mean that Minor Leagues will be included as well?!

Real minor league names can't be included unless they've spent time on the active (25 man) roster during any point of the regular season last year. It's a licensing thing. There might be more detail to it than that, but that's the jist.

"Living Rosters" is really just a fancy term in this case for "more frequent roster updates"...lol. (In the NBA game, it included animation upgrades as well, but there was not enough time for that in the MLB game).

Hopefully, what this will mean, is quicker updates for the minor leaguers who appear on active rosters as the season goes on. Usually by that time however, many have settled on a roster (either "official" or manually edited) to play a season/franchise with.

Also, the inclusion of 2K share should allow for would-be roster creators to more easily spread their work to others, allowing for potential named minor leaguers and by that route. This usually ends up being more accurate than what the company can provide anyway.

Not quite. Living Roster is more of a live stream than a download. It's thing is that it's quiet and seamless.

You're thinking more of NBA Lives' DNA.2Ks' Living Roster is just updates. On NBA2K9,they update about once a week.It is a separate download you can automatically receive when you connect,or you can choose to download the update manually.
