If the reason the games are released broken has to do with the developers not being as much effort into it, then ok, that's not right. But, if the issue is the budget, then it is the people who aren't buying the game.

How? A decent amount of people don't have internet connection where they live.
Plus in these tough economic times alot of people are eliminating costs such as a monthly internet fee. $60 for one game isnt a big deal compared to paying $30- $50 per month for internet.Comment
