Is there a way to tone down the ease of pickoffs? I was able to pickoff runners from first pretty much whenever I wanted in the demo?

Also, along with toning down the AI, can you manipulate the sliders to see if the CPU will throw less strikes and/or increase foul balls. I want to see if it's possible to get realistic pitch counts.

there is no slider to stop you from picking off runners...there is a pick off runner success but that is under human in running sliders so that is for you not to get picked off...

i just dont throw to pick off to avoid pulling hair out...

i have gotten the sliders to where the cpu walked me 2 times in the same inning...you have to be patient to

fouls are not part of the sliders

i can get the cpu to throw a lot of pitches but what sucks is that there is no way to see how many they have thrown

Try calling up the Inside Edge with the D-pad when you are at the plate. I believe as well as seeing the scouting report on the pitcher, you see his Stamina Meter, the Rattled Meter, and also, how many pitches he has thrown.

At least it seemed like I saw this in the demo.

btw it only seems to do this when you're hitting the A button and skipping any action between pitches.

No, I was talking about when a fastball is thrown and the batter takes the pitch, the ball changes into this big ball of green light.

you have full edit abilities as far as accessories, ratings and even contract - even while in a franchise.

and as mentioned you can't edit stances/deliveries. You also can't pick one for a created player, which kind of stinks.

Even contract? So does that mean someone can make a roster with accurate contracts? Ha does anyone want to take this on? That would be pretty cool, especially if the Franchise will adapt with new budget goals, etc.

A quick question about created players: Is there a generated player photo that shows up when your at bat, lineup screens etc, or is it the generic silhouette?

That would be me. It's the main reason why I'm buying this game, I've never had a baseball game where you can control all 30 teams in franchise, edit ratings and make sure contracts are accurate. Even if everything else sucks, I just got to have it because of the those things, lol
