Do you think that maybe it's a demo thing? I mean it seems lots of stuff was limited in this demo, so maybe it's good in the final?

Honestly not sure, just tossing that out there.

Is it a good progression? Meaning it looks good as it changes.

Do the shadows on the field move with the sun?

        Thanks

Could this be confirmed? Is there a cap/max number of players that can be edited?
sent an email to a contact at 2K. I'll let you know when I hear back.

this actually works in the retail version of the game and is actually needed a lot. think of any play in real baseball where they need to hurry their throw and in MLB 2k you need to use the L-trigger throw.

i'll try and play some games when i get home from work and see if those are in. one thing I noticed last night was the Mets home crowd doing the "Jose! Jose-Jose-Jose! Jose! Jose!" chant at CitiField.

Btw, no home run apple for the Metsies.

outfielders seem to not need the left trigger if you have their body lined up and its a situation they need to throw quickly. I had one play where Beltran was in position, caught and immediately fired home to get a guy tagging from third.

In the Play Now mode, if you hit "Start" during the loading screen, does it allow you to edit both teams lineups or just your own? Thanks.

OK just heard back from 2K Sports. The online leagues are indeed human only. So if you have four humans in your league the other teams are not controlled by the computer.

No you CANNOT edit the CPUs lineup. I've answered this in other threads. Here my last post on the matter...

"Regarding not being able to change the CPUS lineup. You DON'T have to make a ton of different game saves and load whichever before you play. All you have to do is set the lineup BEFORE you play. This takes like 5 seconds. Management --> Pitch Rotation --> EDIT to your liking, and back out. Seriously, it takes like 5 seconds."

This really annoys me. It seems like it would be a simple thing to make online dynasty available. The online dynasty feature on NCAA football is phenomenal. Me and two of my buddies have played about 13 seasons on it so far. I would love to see NHL, NBA, Madden, and MLB games add that GREAT feature.

Ok I've looked through all the threads and haven't seen this question answered yet.

I play a lot of 2k9 against my friend on the same TV. When playing a 2 player game can someone check to see if the Ball Cursor fades away like it did last year.

In the demo it doesn't and I'm really worried its gonna be the same in the retail. If the cursor never fades away it all but eliminates playing offline multilayer because you always know where the pitch it going. If one of you guys could check I'd really appreciate it.
