Brandon Morrow. I got him in my A's franchise in a trade with Seattle. I use him as my closer. He can bring it. One of the only pitchers I have used in this game that can blow fastballs by hitters consistently.

Zambrano, is a strikeout machine for me. I love using his splitter and making batters look silly. Usually average 9-10 K's per game with my single game high of 18 with big Z.

I love pitching with Adam Wainwright and that beautiful curve ball.. right after I throw a heater.

Just pitched a gem with Marshall against Houston. 7 ip 6 hits 1k 1 er. Finished it up with Marmol to get the save, 3 up, 3 down.

King Felix can be pretty dominant for me, and Erik Bedard is suprisingly pretty good. And Derek Lowe - I love seeing ground ball after ground ball.

I think pitchers who has good fastball with plus curveball seem to be deadly in this game.

Throw some heat first few times, then throw a big whooping curve and the hitter just flails at it wayy early and get struck out. This game seem to accentuate that quite a bit.

Chris Carpenter of the Cardinals has done well for me

another guy who may surprise you but I have had excellent luck with is Matt Harrison of the Rangers.

In an interleague exhibition game against the Pirates...I went a complete game (104 pitches) 2 Runs on 9 hits. 2 BB's and 7 K's in a 7-2 win.

Also got a 2 run single for me in the 6th to break open a 2-2 game

Oh yeas. I've just finished playing with Bedard starting, was able to get my first shutout, complete game of the season! Gave up 6 hits, and got 6 strikeouts. He was just unhittable today. M's won the game 3-0 over A's.

Joe Blanton is my best pitcher so far. Leading the team in W's, K's, ERA, AND WHIP.

Peavy is tough and Carpenter is really good. My best releif pitcher so far is Wagner of the Mets. I don't know why but I am $$ with him and Maine. Wagner is 5 for 5 on holds with 5.2 IP with only 3 hits allowed 0 bb and 4 k's with a 0.00 ERA

wow i just pitched a great game with johan! complete game 2 hit shutout. my fewest hits allowed so far. i also struck out 11 batters. the best part though is the fact that i took a perfect game into the 8th inning. i was that close. anyone else been that close to a perfect game?
