Well, i have know about it being submitted for a few days, so, its been before the 27th i know that.

That's good to know and I'd love for it to get here as soon as possible. I'll admit I can't get past the AI hitting tendencies, so I haven't played the game much at all...

yeah me neither...i went back to madden for now. all i know is that i like this game and i am very eager for the patch to get here. if the patch adresses all those things and more i think i will be satisfied enough to play this nonstop all summer lol. i am glad that 2k has worked dilligently so far to get their patches out quickly, to make up for the fact that the game shipped with horrendous bugs. (i know it hasn't been quick for some people, and i know it shouldn't need to be patched in the first place, but really its not even opening day yet, so in my opinion they fixed the problems pretty quickly.)

Yeah, i cant, i only got to see it to see if it was missing some of the big stuff. There was a few things else we added, but the first set i seen, was very nice.

Just that list alone is fixing a lot. I have already been having fun with the game with all these problems so if it fixes these things I should end up really loving the game. IO have pretty much stopped playing for the time being though as it is hard to play through it knowing all the things that i get frustrated with should be fixed once the patch comes out. That and I am sure we will have to restart our franchises anyway.

Same here. I picked it up at a decent price about a week ago, but I can't play it in this form... I need for the batters to stop swinging!

I'd also love it if they tweaked the fielding cam somewhat to a slightly lower view.

I dont mess with caps or all that stuff, but is there a option for it and its greyed out? if so, then i am sure it can be patched, but i doubt they make a whole new tab just for that.

It's only greyed out for already existing players though, not actual players that you CREATE :-(

It honestly blows me away that they would just "leave this feature off". I mean, you've been able to create your batters' stances and pitching deliveries for as long as I can remember on baseball sim games.

That's good news, I'm waiting for this patch before starting my franchise. I never had the first base problem but I feel it's best to have the patch because it will fix other areas of the game that have problems. My biggest problem with the game is the lack of little things. It just seems very bland right now, but I'm looking forward to the patch regardless of that.

hey guys quick question. I've never gotten a "patch" for a game before. So when it's released, is it like buying the game again?
And does that mean I have to drop another 60 bucks? because I kept the receipt if they need it

F no, you don't have to spend more money. That would be.. utter BS. Anyway, you should just be able to apply it to the game. What version do you have ? I have the PC version.

haha, hell no bud. All you gotta do is put the game in, and a screen will pop up saying something along the lines of, "An update is available for the game, would you like to download it?"

Just hit yes, and it'll take care of it for ya.
