Had a weird one today. I was playing the rockies and in the middle of the bottom of the 4th all sounds except the announcers and umpires were gone. They never came back either. Also, the controller vibration was gone too.

This is one that is driving me crazy...

I'm in my player mode. It's my 2nd season, I'm the Yankee's catcher. It's the postseason and where against the Royals to go on to the ALCS. So my team wins the first two games, and it seems like a easy sweep. So we go to Kansas City and we win again. Except after I quit the game proper and the screen (Xbox 360 btw) goes to "loading career" so I can go to My Player screen and continue with my post season, the screen goes black and all sounds stop. The xbox is still on, and thinking it was just a issue from playing for about an hour straight I thought nothing of it being 2 games ahead.

So two days later I sit down and try again. I win the game again but the same thing happens. The game just dies as the screen says "loading career". I try opening the disc tray to get me back to the main screen yet the screen stays black. So I turn the xbox on and off and start again. So I'm getting a little annoyed and play again. I LOSE this game and all works fine. So then I'm thinking WTF. I play the next game win, and the crash happens again. Play and lose, and all goes fine. So now its the deciding game, and either I lose and continue or just have to trash this career.

This only happens in my My Career save, not in my franchise or any exhibition games. Its almost like MLB2K10 hates the Yankees.

PC version - Garbled sound and stuttering framerate

Anybody else get the sound starting to get garbled/muffled early in the game (maybe 2nd or 3rd inning), then it gets more pronounced and framerate starts to stutter. By the late innings, the sound is just white noise and the animation is stuttering so bad it is hard to bat or pitch. It doesn't happen every game, but more than half the time it does. My computer is new and easily meets recommended specs. First inning is always fine. Anybody else with this issue?

I keep having a glitch where all of the "drafted players" i try to pitch in franchise mode do not show up in the box score when I play the games.

They show up when I sim, but if i play and bring them in relief, its like they never pitched. The Box score will sometimes tell me i only pitched 7.2 innings or 8 or whatever.

It is really irritating because I traded a significant amount of my bullpen away to make room at closer and setup for two guys who throw cheddar and have 90 plus potential.

I started calling up other guys to see who was affected, and it seems to be EVERY pitcher that I have drafted.

I have MLB 2k8 so idk if this is still in MLB 2k10. but im playing right now and i threw a pitch that was too far away from where the batter swung, but he still hit it..

Just went like 23 innings in an online game, back and fourth one of the best games ever. In the 9th, he was winning 1-0 and I pulled a Jacoby Ellsbury stole home with Scott Podsednik and he threw the ball to 1st base! 1-1 in the 9th with 2 outs! The game then goes back and fourth where he scores and I score, well let me get to the point I won 4-3.

The glitch was at the end of the game, the Pepsi Clutch Player was Carlos Guillen on the Tigers (team I faced).

If you're using any of the updated rosters, some player contracts are messed up and can mess up your budget and other teams budgets in year 2 of your Franchise. For instance: Blake Wood, a pitcher on the Royals is making like 1.86B. B as in Billion and I simulated the season to go to the 2011 season and it gives you UNLIMITED CAP space. So please look at your minor leaguers and stuff and adjust the contracts before year 2.

EDIT: The newer roster updates as of June 7th do not have this glitch, but if you already are in a Franchise you may have some adjusting to do with rookie contracts.

I just started my Tigers franchise and the stats they're showing on opening day -of last years stats- are wrong for every hitter on my team.

Also in the top of the 9th I led 2-1 with bases empty. Alex Avila singled up the middle and I pinch ran Danny Worth for him. In the bottom of the 9th when I went to put Gerald Laird in at catcher for Worth, Avila was still in. I checked the box score after the game and Worth didn't show at all, just Avila and Laird.

I bought this game last week, and now every time the game shows a highlight of something the batter did earlier in the game, the game won't let me pitch to that batter, I either have to intentionally walk him, or throw over to a base if someone is on. For example, Brian McCann hit a home run against me, and then next time he was up, they showed the replay of the home run. The camera is just stuck zoomed in on McCann not letting me throw any pitches, and since no one is on base I had to intentionally walk him. Anyone else have this happen?

Use the D-pad like you were going to bring in a reliever. When you exit out of that, you will then be able to pitch to the hitter. Stupid glitch, to be sure, but it is at least easy to get around.

I'm having a problem when using Mariano Rivera. The aiming mechisim (baseball) does not appear after I've selected a pitch. Has anyone else had this issue?

Confirmed. I'm playing the PC version post patch, and Rivera still has this bug. It happens to me every time.

So I am playing in franchise mode and I think I found the most annoying glitch. I hit a homerun and when I did the sound went away. I can hear the announcer and commentator but I cannot hear the crowd or my player hitting or catching the ball. Has this happened to anyone else?

Ugh this was really frustrating. I was pitching with runners on 1st and 2nd with 1 out. They hit a ground ball to 3rd, I step on the bag and throw to 2nd base. The ball never leaves my third baseman's hand. He goes through the full throwing motion but the ball stuck to his hand. Not only that, but the force out at 3rd didn't record either. So, despite inducing an inning ending double play, NEITHER outs counted and its bases loaded 1 out.

Also earlier in the inning I had a routine fly ball in right field, I ran to the spot and my fielder never put up his glove to catch it. The ball just smacked a foot away from him on the warning track. He stood under it for 3 seconds but made no attempt to catch it and the runner got a triple out of it.

These are really starting to get to me
