They would share something because that's good customer service. I know you are loyal to 2K and that's cool, and I truly hope you enjoy their games. I just find it to be poor that so many people are wanting answers or some kind of information about a patch that could essentially make or break a huge part of this game (franchise mode) and they are left in the dark. With Madden, some of the developers even released videos before a patch was released letting the consumers know that they are aware of a problem and they were taking steps to figure it out. I just thought that was cool and it was appreciated. With 2K, we do not not know at all what to expect and considering the past history with this game, that should not be the case.
For them to say something like, "We realize some of the sim stats are way off and are looking into a possible fix," would be huge and appreciated. At least it lets me know that they are aware of the issue and are trying to rectify it. What's wrong with expecting that? They loosely did that with the roster edit cap, but that was just Ron saying that they 'might' be able to extend the limit and nothing has been said since. If I recall, we were told in an interview that there was no edit limit to the cap.
Bottom line...we deserve answers so expecting them should not come as any kind of a surprise to anyone.
