I would like to know too. The lack of errors or injuries has about killed it for me.

Surely you jest! A franchise plagued with progression problems and strange, inconvenient bugs is ruined by a lack of errors? And what is this talk of "injuries"? A lack of them? Ha! I myself have had no less than TWO playoff campaigns ruined by season-ending injuries to important players. I, for one, would welcome an injury-free season and consider myself fortunate - accept the good fortune!

Did you simulate the games? I haven't seen an error or an injury in any of the games that I've PLAYED so far.

I guess I'm only in the first month of my franchise so I have not seen the other problems you have. One month in, no errors, no injuries in "played" games.

I was really excited about this game when i was playing MLB Today and came up with the perfect sliders for my playing style, only to get into franchise and find out how ****ed up it all is.

              - No Injuries

              - No Errors

              - Comp cant build a roster properly

              - Trades are terrible and often end up with people on the bench that should not be

Now i Fixed the last two by controlling all 30 teams but...

              - Starters wont sub out in AL(DH) games. Does not matter how many runs i put up on them.

2K sports...the only place where such things as errors can be "over looked" while making a baseball game.

I hope they do something about CPU hitting power. I'm 30 games into my franchise and I've given up 2 home runs. CPU Power is at 100. If you throw every pitch low in the zone, they never hit HRs.

Well that would be realistic,if a pitcher keeps every pitch down then he wouldnt give up any homeruns.Or atleast not very many.Problem is that it is too easy to pinpoint your pitchs even with meter speed at 100

                      Re: 2nd patch

I think it's pretty crappy that 2K has yet to release any information on this upcoming patch (unless I've missed it somewhere). Trade-in value drops quickly and if some bugs aren't fixed, I'll look into taking this game back. It was a pretty big step in the right direction but some of these bugs/glitches can't be ignored - sim stats, progression, roster editing restrictions, no injuries or errors - and to the guy that ranted about someone complaining about injuries and errors - it's a HUGE part of baseball. Just like the check swing. Basic elements should not be left out of games, period. When they are left out, a multitude of people are going to put 2K or any other gaming company on blast for it. This should come as no surprise.

I am still having a blast with My Player but I am a franchise enthusiast and I'd like to see what the patch will fix. As it stands now, there's no way that I can have a franchise because the mode, to me, is completely broken right now.

Release some info 2K, and get us out of the dark on what to expect. After what we've been put through the past three years, it's the least that you could do!

The only bug I have seen Ron2K confirm will be fixed is the one where pitchers randomly recover 99% energy mid-game. (which is what primarily contributed to pitchers being left in for 140 total pitches, as AI management seems to "think" they're fully rested.)

This is what I mean - no one has any idea. People are holding out hope that the patch can save franchise mode. Without some significant fixes, a huge amount of 360 owners will be without a franchise mode this year because the one now is broken.

I don't like to slam companies as a whole, but it's such poor customer service when there is not a shred of information given to us on what to expect. They send a PR guy like Ron to try and calm the flames a bit by making loose statements such as they 'might' be able to extend the edit limit. We want them to throw us a bone but they refuse. If this was a trusted company that had repeatedly put out a solid product, you could trust them to a point that they would take care of business, but with this game, I feel that it's another 2K game that got a month of play and then collected dust.

It's my fault, though. Really, it's all of our fault. We threw our hope into 2K again when they didn't deserve it. So I guess I really have no right to complain because this is the type of product and service that 2K has given to us over the past three years. To the folks who actually enjoy this game and franchise mode, I am happy for you and I wish I could as well, but I just can't.

Sorry for being such a downer guys, but I was just expecting so much more.

Also, I believe that fatigue glitch is merely a display error as I believe that the pitcher doesn't truly recover all of his stamina - the overlay just tells you he does. So really, I'm not too excited about that.

Why would they share anything when the patch is not done yet. When its done, just like they did in the other games they make, they will release a list of fixes they say they have fixed.

When they did the NBa2K10 patch i beleive there were something like 55 or so fixes they said they did. There are alot of things to address. Some things will be fixed while others they couldnt for whatever reason.
