You might just try upping the throw meter speed to make it harder to hit the green. I think there's also a slider that effects the size of the green zone as well. That would solve the problem.

The idea is that the routine plays where you concentrate you shouldn't ever have a problem. When you get cocky and don't pay attention (just like in real life) you jack the throw. I know I have had a couple plays where a fielder should have made the routine play but I was hurried to try to turn two or just was flat out not paying attention.

I guess what I'm saying is I don't think it's something that needs to be patched.

I haven't noticed this, but if it's that big of a problem for you, you may try increasing the outfielder speed a couple notches. That should at least allow them to get to the ball in time to get it back in the infield before you round the bases.

Fatigue bug is in my player. I pitched a 9 inning game and checked the team health and noticed my player was at 100%

This happens because base runner speed is too high and outfield speed and arms are too low on the default settings. Drop base runner speed down to about 40 and boost outfield speed and arms by 10-20 points and you shouldn't see this anymore.

I'd like to be able to start a 'My Player' instead of getting a black screen with 'Initializing My Player' for god knows how long.

Injuries and fatigue may work when simming in a franchise but they are broken when you actually play games. No fatigue for the user and an injury (usually big) happens almost every game.

Batting practice!!!!! This drill is useless unless you can practice from the view in which you play the game. I play from the Batter view, 2 Zoom, 6 Height setting. The Batter 3 view offered is useless for me even with a multitude of adjustments I've tried to make in order to use the drill for practice.

                    1. Freezing with overlays - hate having to play hurry up baseball

                    2. Fatigue bug

                    3. Homerun at wall glitch

Other than that having a blast with game, got a great set of sliders thanks to Blazzen's post.

Have to fix the HR/out glitch. I had the most amazing robbed HR with Stubbs and it count as a HR. Ive personally had the glitch happen when I was batting around ten times. So not only is there a problem, but there's also too damn many robbed HRs. Pitchers not going over to cover 1st base. The wrong team celebrating in My player mode after a win. Im player of the game and Im holding my head down, looking like a scab.

I've only seen the HR glitch once in 20 or so games on the retail copy and I saw it twice on the demo. It usually only happens on CF home runs. Sizemore got robbed by Cruz and there was no glitch (see the nice play below). Furthermore that was the first robbed HR I saw in 20 games and I haven't read anyone post in the impressions that this was overdone. The pitcher always covers first base for me too. Maybe the PS3 version doesn't have these issues.
