I had this problem too. Try editing your camera settings in-game and then manually saving your settings file in the menu after you complete the game.

This may be a rare issue with pitchers covering 1st base on balls fielded by the 1st baseman.

In my last game I hit a slow roller between 1st and the pitcher's mound. The first baseman charged to get it, and the pitcher went to cover 1st. Then the 1st baseman tossed the ball to the pitcher as he was running to first base, then the pitcher tossed the ball back to the 1st baseman before he tagged 1st. Of course my runner was safe, when he should have been out. I've only seen this once so far.

        spring training fix:

the pitchers are subbed out quite well. in both ST games i played the SP was subbed out after 4 innings but the rest of the team played like the regular season and most of the 40 man roster did not enter one game unless i phsycally do it.

after playing two games and simming the rest only regulars had any significant stats.

if this can be fixed by changing my settings in my profile, then never mind.

The only glitch I have seen is when you double switch the new pitcher auto throws the next pitch, and the other player you are switching in walks behind the catcher as the pitch is thrown.

Please look @ the beginning transition animation for baserunners both running the bases & coming out of the batter's box during replays. They look unnatural right now.

Please tweak the RTP(Real Time Presentation) to make scenes seem more natural if possible. (Camera Angles)

Please FIX the RGB Color Issues that make uniform colors & player skin tones look absolutely horrible.

Also can you look into in game saves possibly resetting Pitcher Fatigue once a save is reloaded

            Thanks

Also for all the talk about baserunners rounding 1st base on hits, I still see a lot of players running thru 1st base on base hits as if they were running out grounders. No turn @ 1st base. Nothing

I don't really understand your ranking of the Reds' offense- they scored the second most runs in the NL last season, and they were ranked great in 2k11- what's with the nerf?

Also, there are some roster errors, even with the latest patch. Burnett is still listed as on the Yankees, Oswalt is still on the Phillies, etc..

All teams shades of navy blue are off and are in dire need of darkening. The royal blue shade is laughable.

A lot of users have expressed similar sentiment and I think this is something that desperately needs to be addressed.

Just noticed something very important that really should be fixed. Runner on first and less than two outs, batter hits a hard ground ball right to the bag at first. 1B makes the grab, but goes right to second with the ball without forcing the batter at first beforehand. This is just bad, bad, baseball.

                        2) Is there any way to be able to turn the strike zone off but still have the pitch and pitch location information show up when appropriate? I love the differentiation that this feature gives for each player, but I also like to turn the strike zone off while I am playing. As a compromise, could the time that the strike zone is on be limited to only the time necessary for the pitch type and location info to be displayed? If the strike zone cannot be gotten rid of could it at least be minimally shown?

                        3) Is there any way to allow for quick pick off throws from the catcher? Unless I am mistaken the only way to do this now is by pitching out. I play as the Cardinals and Yadier Molina regularly picks runners off of first base after regular pitches.

                        4) Could the screen asking about replacing a position player on the mound occur before the screen comes back after the "commercial break"? It would make the flow of the game much more realistic to not see the position player standing out there before being replaced. On a similar note would it be possible to allow pinch hitters to be substituted ahead of time? This would also help increase the flow of the game so as to not show the player being replaced in the batters box.

                        5) Would it also be possible to bat the pitcher in whatever spot in the lineup we want? Now that Tony Larussa and Albert Pujols are gone from the Cardinals it may become a lost art, but having the ability to do so would be nice. If I recall correctly the Marlins batted Dontrelle Willis 7th a couple of years ago.

So far the game runs very well and is very enjoyable. Thanks for taking the time to interact and get our opinions!
Yup. As a high school baseball coach and I tend to normally run 9,1,2 offenses. I put my weakest hitter in the 8 hole. I would like to be able to get my pitcher out of my 9 spot so I can run an effective double lead off lineup.

Worked like a charm. Thanks man. It was really annoying to have to reset the camera everytime I played a game.

I have concerns regarding base running. I too am seeing too many runners rounding first on balls hit to an infielder resulting in an out after they initially beat the throw.

What happened to last year's runner animation where the hitter is busting it down the line to make it a close play at first? I'm seeing too much of the more upright, nonchalant style of running of which I'm not a fan. Not even liking it as a home run trot. I thought last year's trot was better.

Finally, that same upright running style is seen when a runner is breaking for 2nd to try and break up a double play.

                            Thanks,

Also, I think it is very important to improve via patch the positioning of cut off men to allow for more throws TO bases that can be cut and redirected to other bases.

Release the PC Patch at the same time as the console patches. That's all I request. The Same patch, regardless of what it fixes, at the same time. None of this "6 months later" because it's the PC. I didn't pay as much for the PC version as the console counterparts, but for those of us who pay for it, please support it equally.
