That upward wiffle bat swing does still seem to be there. Not judging -- just stating facts from the videos. Maybe it'll be changed.

Re: This game doesn\'t look brutal!

I remember when VC was releasing photos and movies of ESPN NFL Football and people were crying about how the players were looking and moving and when it hit it was a different story. There are a lot of different animations in ESPN MLB. I guess only people who played WSB2K3 would notice. I know I saw some different fielding and double play animations in the movies I seen so far.

If WSB2K3 was the best baseball title and one of it's strongest points was the player models why would they drastically change them. Last time a developer did that they ended up renaming the franchise to MVP Baseball.

goopaluchie I'm sorry Madden isn't the only game in town with a multi-user franchise. If you took the time and did some research or even picked up ESPN NFL you would know that.

<hr /></blockquote><font class="post"> Yea, all the football games for all the platforms allow you to take more than one (human controlled) manager through the franchise mode. Heck, Fever let you pick all the teams if you wanted to! Why can't they do this feature in baseball? It has nothing to do with waiting looking at stats, while your friends get bored waiting for you to fix your team??? This was posted as "the answer" why that feature doesn't exist. To me and my brother this is NOT TRUE! So, there needs to be another reason why?
