I think the AI is excellent on this game, definitely the best of the baseball titles this year IMO! The AI will steal, take an extra base on a bad throw, or a throw to a wrong bag, bunt for hits with their speedsters, sub pitchers when needed, hit and run, make great defensive plays, sac bunt, intentionally walk a batter in the right situation, and the sliders are great, and actually have the right effect on the gameplay! I am having some great duels with the AI!

IMO the AI in this game is fantastic. Last night I had a 3-1 lead going into the 9th inning, my starter Trachsel was still going, I had Looper warming up and stupid me left Trachsel in to try and get the complete game, well make a long story short I blew the game with a stupid managerial move 5-3, that's the last time I try to finish a game with a tired pitcher just to get a complete game.
