Any one have porblems with leaving pitched over the plate
For some reason most of my pitches are being hung, dead center of the plate even when I am placeing the in the corner. I am not sure why there are being left there and its not even because my pitchers are tired, cuz this s*it happens in the 2nd inning. Anyone know how this can be helped.

Re: Any one have porblems with leaving pitched over the plate
This happens to me if I use the pitching effort meter too much. I notice when I try to hit the corners, but put a lot of effort into the pitch, I will grove it more so than with very little effort.
Hope that helps -

Re: Any one have porblems with leaving pitched over the plate
u have to allow for some margin for error. I was getting killed on this curveball where it was supposed to be a few inches below the strikezone but was hanging by the knees. Now i always aim very low if i want it to be a ball , because i kept giving up hits like that.
Certain pitches are more accurate. A slider might hang , but a good fastball is usually closer to where u want it.

Re: Any one have porblems with leaving pitched over the plate
The AI usually stares down the first pitch, so I sometimes throw a fastball (full power) right down the middle for the first pitch to pick up a strike. The AI almost never swings, and when they do its nothing dangerous.
I usually throw fastballs and cutfastballs down and away with some power behind the pitch.
Changeups, Curves, and Sliders I mostly throw high out of the strikezone to see if the batter will chase it. When I throw breaking balls, most of the time I throw them on the lip of the strike zone so I feel a vibration.Comment
