How is it confusing to many that last years game is better? This years game has many more glitches than last years effort. It's my opinion that this years game was a shoddy effort in programming and graphics. To me WSB 2k3 was better in all areas including graphics. I guess I expected better since last years game was so good. It's so funny to see how certain people on these boards get defensive about things like this. Maybe you should ban yourself until you get past elementary school and can have an adult discussion.

Well, this year's game has better CPU baserunning, much more realistic walks on both sides, the best non-cursor based hitting system on the market, better injury modeling, a lot more hit variety and foul balls. Just to name a few things.

The faces may be ugly. The swing animations may be ugly. The gameplay is very pretty, however, and is definitely more realistic than last year in the views of nearly everyone I've heard who has played both versions.

Maybe you don't enjoy it as much, and hey, that's you're right. But this version is definitely more like real baseball in terms of the on-field results.
