    Again, what you have explained is far from horrific. If you just used a pinch hitter, why would you want to leave him in the field? He is likely due up 7th, 8th, or 9th in the next inning, and almost any position in the lineup that you would double-switch him into would result in the picther's spot coming up earlier than if you would have done nothing.

    Again, FAR from horrific.

      Gallaraga is batting .626



      Bottom of the 7th time to pinch hit

      Put in Gallaraga (smacks a double)

      I say "gotta keep him the rest of the game"

      Double Switch makes it impossible, because Gallaraga is treated as a pitcher once the side is retired.

      Gallarga is gone for the rest of the game.

      If it's a rule in baseball and it's butchered in the videogame facsimile, i find that terrible. You don't oh well.

          I think you've yet to actually read any of my posts. I have yet to disagree that the bug is annoying. Of course it is. BUT, unlike you keep saying, the bug is far from "horrific".
