I have had some weather in the GM Career mode of this game. Yesterday I was playing the Opener of Philadelphia [against the Nationals] and I had 16 mile an hour winds that totally affected the game. 10 homeruns [wind was out and toward right field], as well as the wind causing a couple of missed catches.

All this was on Blazer's sliders.

So, it does work, if not very often, as quite frankly, its the first time I've noticed weather in the game.
