Everything I can get my hands on. Scouting reports, past minor league statistics, etc... It's not random by any means; I am trying to make an educated calculation of attributes based on what these guys have been scouted on and what their stats look like (while also realizing that stats don't always tell the whole story).
I'm up for suggestions... What do you have?
