That was kind of my point as well. Is it confirmed this can be done or is it not a given at this point in time? We should know something by now & not if it's "relatively certain" or not.

I tell you Tony... I went from sky high (thinking we had new confirmation that the limit would be expanded - at least) to a new low (wondering if anything at all has changed.)

I'm hoping that Ronnie told KC something verbally that is actually a more solid statement than "relatively certain."

I'm an attorney and am wondering if I can sue for emotional distress! (JK but it has been a two year emotional roller coaster!)
