if you want any accessory changes for the philles from someone who watches every single game lemme know haha.

also would pitches having the wrong/different pitch types go in here or is that something for a new thread

In your next one can you Please add the Mariners first round pick Danny hultzen? That would be a huge addition there AA or A team. Unless you don't add 2011 draft picks

Sorry, but I have not added any draft picks. I did a search on Hultzen and the information on him is scarce - is he going to pitch or play the field? But I would suggest that YOU add him to your dynasty file when you start. Now, bear in mind that I'm going to keep adding players who get called up, so if you start a dynasty you won't be able to add those players in a later file...

I will not be uploading a new file tonight (offline). Sorry, but a couple things came up with regard to transactions:

1) the Cubs have not made an official move with Zambrano deciding to retire (or whatever he's going to do). I believe he's on some kind of restricted list for the time being. Casey Coleman appears to be the guy to fill his slot in the rotation. He was pulled from his start the other night in the 5th inning (I believe), but had thrown 88 pitches at that point. Everything sounds like he'll be called up, though. Not certain yet...

2) the Marlins have lost all marbles in that organization. They released Helms tonight, and in a major surprising move, have demoted Logan Morrison. I simply cannot understand this. Yes, his batting average had tanked but he still has solid power. So, the Marlins need to make TWO moves and their official site said those decisions would not be made until before Sunday's game. I'll add those when announced...

1) accessories change like the wind...i'm not a fan of them because i have people sending them to me via email and private messages and they are continually changing. not a fan of them...

2) pitch types can be subjective. i read the forums here, the official 2k forums and a couple others - people bicker and fight over this. i'm willing to just let things stand as-is and let you guys fix them yourselves. Even fangraphs doesn't get stuff correct all the time, so it's a subjective thing, IMO.

Ya I already started my dynasty by I might just change a starting pitchers name and change the attributes to make him. I gotta wait till after the draft in dynasty tho to make it realistic.

BTW I know this doesn't make much of a difference to you cuz people can change it themselves but Bryce Harper doesnt wear eye black anymore I believe he announced. This is to everyone cuz that's all I see on 2K Share

zambrano is out for 30 days no pay which might be the final straw with his less then stellar relationship with the cubs.

and for the marlins. the owner (cant for the life of me remember right now) is bascially in love with hanley ramirez and with wes helms bashing him on a florida radio station and logan morrison blowing him up on twitter, they didnt really stand a chance. they've reported lomo went down because of his avg and attitude problems but this isn't the first time theyre owner overreacted to people bashing hanley

Hanley should be called out... I understand the guy getting injured, but reports I've read says he's blown off team functions. The Marlins are fools...they're punishing the wrong guy.

You sit Morrison down privately and share with him the importance of his communications and being a team player. You don't send him down...that's just wrong. He's put up better numbers than probably 70% of all of MLB players.

New file posted online (2k share) tonight... Monday, August 15th.

All teams latest moves updated. Added Ramon Vazquez (Marlins - AAA) and Domingo Santana (RF - Astros - AA) - came from Philly in Pence deal (was rated pre-season #9 in Phillies system by Baseball America).

No offline file - none was requested prior so I'll only do so from here on out if asked. Thanks!

(I'm systematically going through teams and updating ratings as my time allows. I'm also watching the forums and trying to provide updated stances & other important updates as well).

Logan is a character, I just got into twitter (its great to get updated with sports) and added him he says some really funny stuff. http://twitter.com/#!/lomomarlins I heard he got demoted for off the field issues hopefully he can restore the faith of the manager and get back soon. Im a Mets fan so I try to stay abreast of the other NL east teams too. The Marlins new (old) manager is certainly trying to shake things up but they need that with the Phillies and Braves domination the NL East is a scary place to be

My apologies - no file tonight. I had a LONG day with my work today that involved meeting with an old friend and lengthy interview with him for a possible position. I didn't get home until after 12:30 am and have a LONG day again on Wednesday and Thursday. Please be patient as it may take me a few days to get a file up. Our kids head back to school this week and there's the craziness with registrations/orientations as well. I'm dead tired...
