I understand you want to get started but I don't get why you'd wanna splinter off and have two big rosters. its just a base roster you can always go ahead after and adjust ratings and release it as your roster after but I would love to play with mks roster using your pitcher speed/repertoire and accessories edits.

I plan to take the batting stances listed in another thread for all 30 mlb teams which are better than default imo and put them on mks roster either officially if he wants or for myself, but all 3 of those aspects combined would make for a truly awesome experience. then after that is all set you could seperately make rating edits but it seems illogical to not combine efforts, it could all be done in a few days the season hasn't even really started yet. its a shame it wont happen you have good ideas. ill still check out your work enjoy

if you are talking about the thread i started, i plan on waiting til opening day when rosters are 100% (probably even getting started tonight/tomorrow) and going over everyone in the majors. the big list that was posted was a very very good start, but i feel there is alot of room for impovement.

yes your thread, I use the mets stances and like them much more than default, I will wait if someone is going to update then for 2012 I asked and no one said anything

I don't plan to look for stances myself just spend the time inputting a list someone else provides into mks roster, that alone is a big job which will take a few days. is there any plans to update the big list?, it may be outdated a little but still better than 2k default. I dont mind waiting not in a rush

yea and sorry i dont mean to thread jack but i just posted my plans in the thread as well, i plan on going through everything in the majors at first then do stuff like prospects and some minor league players that need it

To mkharsh and all, I understand where your coming from, and I understand what your saying I don't think it arrogant. It was just you did all the AAA for a month and then the other stuff too, and then saying to put my stuff in but I felt like you did too much. I told you I'd help with the minors and stuff but you wanted to do it all and go till the Opening Day which is a long time to wait and doesn't give us much time. Not criticizing anything you have done as it is absolutely amazing. But still my work is really close to yours I used one of your sets that was already pretty good. Albeit wasn't your newest and best one, but it still gave me time to do my stuff, and correct little things to my liking. Thanks again.

I sense the guys over at The Show threads work well together... Here? I don't think we get it... We've NEVER had a good complete roster file. I was hopeful this would be the year since 2K12 is a great game. But I guess that still won't happen...

I don't want to be bad to anyone or say bad words to anybody.

But I think with The Show editing from multiple persons on one file is much easier since it can be spreaded, right?

2k's rosters can't. So on The Show's rosters at one time multiple persons can work on it. At 2k's we can't.

Me? Nah, problems would be a overstatement.

Since I am doing a roster for pc I have to do edit it mainly alone either. The community seems to be smaller. BSU-Fan is over there at mvpmods.com the only one who brings a really really big file for the people, but I can not wait for it to be released because I don't know how much time I will get the next few months. So I want to come as far as possible by now.

It really sucks that only one person can work on a file at one time.

BSU-Fan is over there at mvpmods.com the only one who brings a really really big file for the people, but I can not wait for it to be released because I don't know how much time I will get the next few months. So I want to come as far as possible by now.

I know it really hurts the whole community roster idea, because if everyone were to put their work in back to back to back etc., it would take like 3 months or so.

Just a quick update where I am after tonight. I have 9 complete AAA rosters done and the other 21 only need 4 or 5 players each. I have 64 out of 100 prospects in Keith Law's Top 100 prospects list. I have something to do after school tomorrow and want to watch that Cardinals game. So, I'll probably start real late tomorrow night. Spring break is coming up which allows me to probably finish by Thursday or Friday. Thanks again.

After working for about 6 hours today, I have completed 26 AAA teams and have 70 of the top 100 prospects done. Look for my first roster to be put out tomorrow some time. This will easily be the fullest and best roster on 2k share. After seeing Opening Night tonight I'm super excited to start my season Friday or Saturday. Everyone enjoy their teams Opening Days Thursday and Friday!!!

R u just doing MLB and AAA rosters? What about no prospect players that r on the rosters. For example Travis Ishikawa made the brewers 25 man and he is not in the game at all. Also zealous wheeler was in the brewers farm system in the oringnal roster (he was claimed off waivers by the orioles) now he is not in the game at all.

An update of where I am now, I have all AAA rosters done, and have added over 100 players today. I am almost done with the top 100 prospects from 2 different sites. After that I'll post the roster. If you have any AA or A prospect you really want added to your team let me know now.

Idk, I used different sources then him I used Keith Law and Todd Mayos top 100, and I go to the low minor league teamand pull out the best face thats samiliar to the person I'm adding and then use scouting reports from online.
