I only see one Bourn in the feb5.ros. Maybe it would be possible to delete the extra one with the editor?
Also maybe were running out of room and that is causing problems?

Just a shot in the dark here but do you need to release a player from the Indians first before assigning him, that's why he's not showing up?

tried releasing a player - didn't work. he's obviously a "hidden" player on that roster that was somehow assigned. Maybe DCNats can shed some light on this... I just thought it was funny in that I could assign Bourn to ANY team EXCEPT the Indians as it states he's already in the organization. Try it - you'll see the same thing. He can't be moved to Cleveland, but when you look at all levels of the Indians roster he's nowhere to be found. I released a player - didn't work. I can assign Bourn to any other team and THEN assign him to Cleveland - works fine. BUT, he shows up in BOTH the FA list and on the Indians roster.

So what I'm doing is working on the other transactions - proceeding forward, but leaving the Bourn transaction alone for the time being - I don't have the Reditor nor do I know how to use it, so it will take someone else to do so. But since I'm already knee-deep into working on this file, I really don't want to waste the time I've put into it. We'll just have to wait and see what the consensus is on Bourn's move...

THIS IS MY FAULT GUYS!
I messed with something and uploaded the wrong file, I went to put him on a team and it came out like that so I uploaded the one without that and i put the wrong link up!

If you have redditor its an easy fix, if not, well I can give you the fixed one, unless you figured it out??

Can you just upload the new file RIGHT NOW? If so, I can just start working from it as I have NOT deleted my Word document moves that have been made. Would be the easiest for me if you could re-upload the file here as soon as you can and I'll start with it. Thanks!

LOL - see post 439 - would be easier for me to just have you re-upload the correct file. I'll need to work on the batting orders anyway, as Cleveland will now have some decisions to make (I smell a Stubbs to Mets trade in the near future). Also, I would only be pissing away about a half hour of my efforts, so not a big deal in the big picture of things.

Also a quick note - When I started a new franchise with user controlled 30 teams, I browsed through the team contracts and budgets, and noticed the budgets for alot of teams is pretty damn high.

But nothing seemed to crash after a simmed season.

You must have changed Bourn's team id number to the Indians. You also then have to assign him to the teams roster after releasing the extra 26th man then you need to place him the the rotations (starting lineups and positions).
It may be quicker to let MK work on the correct roster, less chance of an error.

Last little note before I play and head out for the night!

I did some slight adjustments with my nationals. Mainly just batting stances, pitching motions, and roger bernadinas hitting was knocked down a few points. I love the guy but he isn't that good.

If you assign a player to another teams id with the editor that is what happens, the player kind of disappears, I know from experience, lol.

I do think i'll go ahead and buy the full package to help contribute more, maybe with schedule tinkering and what not.
I think we could get a legit 2013 season out of this if we play our cards right.

I really want to shoot for getting the astros moved over. You mentioned before how a blank team shows up in the NL central though? How does that affect it? Like does a team play a ghost team?

One note: Stanton of the Marlins will need his first name fixed with the Reditor. It is missing the "a" and should be spelled Giancarlo. It is currently spelled Gincarlo. Will be a nice addition.

LOL!! You did a really nice job. And Roberto Hernandez looks good for the Rays. Man, this file is gonna be some major fun stuff!! I'm ready for baseball!!
