Why would you want to convert it to .iff, there is no need to.

That is the file extension that the original roster is under, no?

Then how would I go about implementing this roster to my pc then?

Check back a few pages, someone has converted this to PC.

It's also on 2k share for PC under astrosalwest or something similar.

You guys are going to hate me for saying this... But...

We should start this project over for 2K13. It plays MUCH better than 2K12 - just the little things that really stand out. I am committed to this project, but if you play 13 I think you'll feel the same way I do...

For those of us who purchased 2K12 specifically for this roster project or for those who would not like to purchase 2K13 at full price, could we get a finished 2K12 project if you guys are moving on? Thanks!

Just played a spring training game with the Red Sox - pitched with Clay Buchholz and John Lackey, and noticed that they have both lost a pitch. On the screen, five pitches show up, but the RB pitch is white, has a 0 rating, and cannot be used. I know in REDitor that for some weird reason, the pitches cannot be changed to -1 if you want to delete a pitch (at least what I've found in the PC version of it). I'm not sure how many pitchers this will happen with, or if it's really a big deal. Are you seeing this on XBox version?

For example - in 2012, Clay Buchholz threw a 4-seamer (92.2 mph, 41%), Cutter (89.4, 20.2%), Curve (77.3, 16.7%), Changeup (80.5, 15.1%), Split-finger (85.4, 3.7%) and 2-seamer (91.3, 3.1%). Since MLB 2k12 only allows a pitcher to have five pitches, get rid of the 2-seamer. However, in the new roster he has a 4-seamer, sinker, curve and change. This is different from previously released rosters where he had a 4-seamer, cutter, 2-seamer, curve, change. Have you looked at www.fangraphs.com or http://pitchfx.texasleaguers.com/? You can get pitch type, velocity and pitch frequency, and if ratings and pitches are being changed, this is another great way to bring a bit more realism into the 2K12 world . . . thanks and keep up the great work!

MK I'd like to finish this project on 2k12, just because of how much work we have invested into it. If you would like to try and start it for 2k13 I'm fine with that but I'm staying here.

Personally, I'd like you guys to finish this file up. I'm worried about ditching 2K12 for these reasons.

1. Even if the game plays better I fear there will be no patches from 2K since this is their last baseball game.

2. The sliders from last year have been tested so much that I don't want to start over with new ones. I like how 2K12 plays with them.

3. These rosters are fantastic and light years ahead of 2K13 out of the box; I also want to play baseball when the season starts and not wait for a 2K13 file to catch up.

These sound like selfish reasons perhaps, but I like 2K12 and if everything can still be worked on (rosters and schedule), then that would be great. I understand if anyone jumps to 2K13 but I am just stating my case for hoping the file is completed.

I'd love to see the file continue. But with the countless hours MK and Bretsky and crew have put in we can't be disappointed if they decide not to spend their personal time creating these. We have to respect that decision and hope something as special happens for 2k13.

I am sticking with 2k12 for now I believe. The player separation post 25 ant is too good to go back. MK would you say the player separation on 2k13 is as good as 2k12 post 25 aniticpation edit?

Also, I fear the same as posted above that their will be no post release support. If there is a franchise freeze will they patch it? From the looks of things, no, but that is just an opinion.

Thanks for all your efforts guys. Hope the file moves forward but if it doesn't I appreciate what you did for a very underrated game.
