Typing that information out would take forever. You creating players and making these changes manually would also take forever.

My advice: look up some tutorials on this - both typed out searches and youtube videos. Trust me (from someone who had no idea about how to do this stuff): it's well worth your time to figure this out.

You need a usb stick that you can format to your 360. You need a couple/three basic programs. It will take less than 5 minutes of your time once you get the hang of it. You're simply moving the file from your pc, using a conversion program (modio or horizon) to get the numbers from one of your files rehashed/resigned to the new file. You then move it onto your usb stick using a program that allows you to open the usb stick - it's then drop and drag.

So I have downloaded Horizon and the MLB 2K14 rosters from this thread but I have no clue what to do from there. The instructions on page one aren't clear enough for me sorry but I was wondering if anyone has Facebook so we could chat and do this step by step. I'm really confused

See post 53 and Google using Horizon to update rosters. You need to save a roster onto a USB stick from your game. You will need to unzip MK's roster. You are going to replace your roster with his roster within Horizon. Your 360 has to think his roster is your roster so you will need to change the ID #'s and rehash and resign the rosters. Google.

Just save the roster under a new name. He is using REDitor II. Google it, it's not free but cheap to purchase.

I've tried downloading REDitor II and I can only find it for MLB 2K12. Is it also compatible with 2K13 or is there a different version for 2K13? If someone could provide a link for where I can go to download the latest version, that would be great.

That should work. It's listed as NBA 2K14 edition but works with other 2K Sports games as well. Read the full details from the link I provided. It tells which games the program supports.

I have started a roster for mlb 2k13 based off the last 2k update. I have not made a lot of rating changes this is just a base for others to build on when finished. If you have rating suggestions for these prospects please post them here thank you.

MLB 2K14 V 5 6/30/14

Hundreds of top prospects, special feature changes, updated lineups and rotations using mlb depth charts. All AAA teams full with real minor league player transactions.
Injured players can be found in single A some in AAA.

I would like to thank Knight165 for his help with a few prospects thank you, also mkharsh33 for some of his prospects he made in his incredible rosters.

If they're not editable in game then this will have to be fixed from the editor. There's no other way I don't believe.

Word of caution... Once you start using the reditor, and seeing errors like this, it will cause a snowball effect of mistakes from here on out. What is now happening is some kind of crossover effect to different names. There is some kind of variable that is linking the name errors together. The file will now be hard to fix because once you start clearing up the errors by fixing their names, it will cause other ones to glitch. Been there, done that... Just wanted to share what we found with 2K12. The file is glitched, and there is nothing we'll be able to do to fix it.
