I feel like the contact might need to be up a little higher, all 20 hits were singles cept for Abreu's double and most were bloopers. Moose is a good pitcher, but isn't that dominant that he's gonna completely shut down the Mets like that.
Like I said initially, there probably needs to be tweaking. They were sliders that I hadn't used in forever, but hey... I posted my Giants stats, and you can see how they turned out to be compared to... yeah.

You know why I think you had that many bloop hits? I'm going to go ahead and say it may have had to do with impatience. If you make contact with a pitch that's out of the zone, it will more than likely be a crappy hit... though you still may get a hit. What were the pitch counts and ball/strike counts?

Anyway, tweak as much as you want. I was just offering something that hasn't been used since 2K5 came out, so I honestly have no idea how good/bad they are anymore, especially considering I've been playing with a different style since 2K5/2K6.

Actually I've played a few more games and gotten great variety, I don't think I'ma touch anything. After the 1-0 game I had a 7-5 win where I hit three homers. I must say I'm very impressed.

Re: Does anyone have realistic sliders for 2k4?

I can't get my 2k4 to save the sliders that I enter.

Every time I enter a slider set, I save my settings and play a few games.

Then I shut off my Xbox, turn it back on and when I load my settings the sliders remain at 50.

I even started a season w. sliders and loaded that and they were all reset.

          What's going on here!?
