    I really like these sliders. Just finished a game against the cubs. I'm the reds and had Bailey pitching and they had Hill. I ended up losing in the bottom of the 10th 2-1. I had 11 hits and they had 8 hits. No homeruns for me and 2 for them. Had a no no going till the 7th until lee smoked a meatball off me.

    Things I noticed- through 6 i had 7 hits off hill and they kept him in until the top of the 9th, he threw 89 pitches- 3 walks, 6 k's. Saw two diving catches by the cpu, they attempted a steal with Pie in the bottom of the ninth, and for some reason hill gave a curtain call.

        I was rockin' the ball with these at default and have tweaked them for a nice balance. One thing, you will crush bad pitching(Orioles staff) and will be hard pressed to get a ball out of the infield against a great staff(Red Sox) just as I think it should be. Its nice to get shut down every once in a while(sometimes for a 3 game set). I have also noticed rivalry games can get pretty intense.
        My small edits;
        Batting skill- was 80, mine 77
        Batting Contact- was 50, mine 45
        Batting Power- was 30, mine 28
        Step Influence- was 0, mine 25
        Pitcher Difficulty- was 75, mine 90
        Pitch Speed- was 50, mine 60 (try hitting off Nolan Ryan)
        Thats it, small tweaks for the most part, thanks to Amazin for making this game a true sim. Grab
        Hey 86er and Grab,

        I've given a few sliders a try and I always have two main problems. Too many HRs and lack of variety of hitting, and unrealistic fielding by the AI infield. Playing as the Yankees against the Rays and Kazmir, I scored 10 runs on 12 hits, 8 being HRs. I had 3 with Jeter, 2 with A-Rod, etc... I can't seem to keep my HRs down. Grab, how have your changes been on the Yankees franchise cuz I think you and I have the same problem?

          Hey guys I haven't posted in a while but anyways unfortunately I have found that this year's game plays completely different in franchise compared to exhibition. These sliders will play a fantastic and realistic game of baseball in exhibition but with the hot and cold team option in franchise the sliders become dynamic and the game goes crazy at times. I have tested this with numerous slider sets. Really do not know where to go from here unless 2K releases another patch with the ability to turn off hot and cold teams and dynamic sliders like in years past. I have been playing more of The Show recently because of this.

          The strange thing is something I noticed by looking at someones Wii slider set is there is an option to turn off not only hot/cold teams but also dynamic sliders. Why the decision was made to remove this from the 360 version is beyond me. I mean what is the point of having adjustable sliders if in the most popular mode of the game(FRANCHISE) they become dynamic?

          Considering some changes to the sliders and settings, one is Breakpoint pitching to Pinpoint pitching. Breakpoint is an interesting option but if you think about it when a pitcher is trying to hit a spot he takes into consideration the break of the pitch before throwing the ball so pinpoint in my opinion is just as realistic. I will be revising this slider set and options sometime in the near future just to busy at the moment.
